This quest is initiated by examining a "Broken Conscript Shield". This shield is dropped on monsters in the Feerrot, and is tradeable.
The first thing you must do is obtain a skin from the Toxic Water Skaters in the Feerrott. After doing this you should examine the shield again.
The next step is to obtain 6 fragments from Tae Ew Raiders (-553, -3, +889) and a perfect Thule Sattar wing. After obtaining these, examine the shield again for your reward. |
